Automatic Feed Control AD 5
Various grinding cycles available: Surface grinding with infeed at start point, slot grinding with infeed at start point, slot grinding with infeed at start and end points. The infeed of the grinding wheel can be individually programmed depending on the workpiece. The total grinding stock removal is divided into rough and finish infeed steps, which can be freely set with a minimum resolution of up to 0.001mm, depending on the application. The possibility to program idle strokes after a specified number of infeed steps, as well as spark-out passes upon achieving the grinding dimension, ensures optimal grinding results.
