The machine is primarily designed for the recycling of used cables (to separate copper or aluminum particles from plastic granules). Thanks to its unique design, it is also suitable for separating various types of particles (e.g., electronic scrap, automotive and industrial radiator recycling, battery recycling, catalyst recycling, or the separation of any two particles with different specific weights).

A new version with double beds enables a high material throughput with very high purity of recovered fractions (copper), virtually eliminating copper loss. The machine is equally efficient in separating granulate obtained from grinding solid cables and fine wire granulate. Unlike a dry separator, the plastic is completely free from copper particles. Several companies use the machine exclusively for screening plastics recovered from cable recycling with a dry separator, thus additionally extracting copper from the plastic (up to 10%).

There are three standard sizes available, which can recycle 350–1000 kg of input material per hour. Higher capacities are available upon request (the machine code corresponds to the table size).

The machine is extremely quiet and requires no additional anchoring to the floor (foundation). It can easily be integrated into your existing recycling plant. Alternatively, we also offer a cable granulator and a conveyor belt for material transfer from the granulator to the separator or from the separator.
