Subframe: Solid steel welded construction with two longitudinal and cross members for mounting the 5 mm thick tipper profile and the 4 mm floor plate made of Hardox or Naxtra. Rear and side walls made of aluminum hollow profiles, side walls foldable and swinging with lifting aid. Tailgate also foldable, swinging with central locking. Tipper floor plate neatly welded to the cross members. Tipping outrigger and press traverse integrated into the longitudinal member. Four lashing rings per side distributed on the outer floor.

Auxiliary frame: Auxiliary frame for mounting the front and rear tipping outriggers, with press traverse and cross members. In the crane assembly area, closed as a box profile with side crane mounting plates. Plastic mudguards are fitted on the vehicle and will be retained or modified as required.

Hydraulics: Installation of the pneumatic control valve in the cab for tipper/crane/trailer and the complete hydraulic system including all piping work, related to the three-way tipper bridge, trailer tipper hydraulics, and the loading crane. Delivery and installation of the corresponding axial piston pump as a fixed displacement pump.
