The scrap shear is suitable for cutting almost all types of scrap materials.
Note: The machine is not recommended for cutting high-carbon steel such as:
axles, wire ropes, pig iron, spring steel plates, rails, alloy steel, hubs, etc.

Function:

Scrap is loaded into the feed area with the help of an excavator. Thanks to the horizontal feed area and the weight of the scrap, it drops into the loading chamber and cutting zone. The scrap is compressed against the front wall and cut by the horizontally moving tool holder, pushing the material over the blades at the chamber end wall. As the tool carrier moves horizontally, the processed material is pushed out over the blades at the front of the container. When retracting to the rear position, loaded scrap moves by its own weight into the interior of the shear.

The scrap shears are available in various configurations according to customer specifications, and the output size can be selected (for new orders).

Inspection and trial run are possible.
