Sąlyga: naujas, Gamybos metai: 2025, The CNC 2040 SPECIAL milling plotter is a precision machine built in Poland, designed for machining a variety of engineering materials such as wood, wood-based materials (chipboard, MDF, OSB, etc.), plastics (acrylic glass, PVC, HPL, etc.), composites (Dibond, carbon fiber, Alucobond), soft metals, and more. CONSTRUCTION: The plotter is made entirely of high-quality steel. During the manufacturing process, all components undergo specialized heat treatment. WORKING AREA: The working area of our CNC machine is 2100 x 4100 mm, and the entire worktable, which is manufactured using T-slot technology, also measures 2100 x 4100 mm. Z-AXIS TRAVEL AND GANTRY CLEARANCE: The standard Z-axis travel is 200 mm, with an option to increase it to 400 mm upon request. DRIVES: Our plotters are equipped with high-resolution, high-power digital drives, ensuring robust acceleration and speed in all directions. The X and Y axes utilize classic, proven helical racks for durability and precision, while the Z axis is driven by a high-grade ball screw. All axes move on linear guide rails. SPINDLE: The cutting tool is driven by a powerful, liquid-cooled, durable, high-class brushless spindle. The spindle features high-quality machine bearings, which are very quiet and offer above-average durability. Spindle speed ranges from 6,000 to 24,000 RPM. Power is provided by a frequency inverter with higher output than the spindle itself, preventing speed drop under heavy load. SOFTWARE: The machine comes with the latest version of appropriate CAD/CAM software. The software enables quick, easy design of components, which are then converted into G-code. It is also possible to import existing files from other programs. CONTROL: The machine is operated via a controller with its own processor and RAM, ensuring stable and reliable operation. The machine’s controller supports active vector analysis, providing smooth machine motion and minimal processing errors. The controller features a resume function after power loss, so there is no need to reinitialize programs. Its built-in memory allows machine operation without reloading programs for every job.
