The equipment originates from an insolvency and was in successful operation until the site’s shutdown.

• Material: Suitable for aluminium and stainless steel coils.
• Strip width: 80 mm to max. 600 mm.
• Material thickness: 0.1 mm to 2.0 mm (for aluminium).
• Speed: approx. 20 – 25 m/min.

• Inner diameter: 400 mm (expandable to 500 mm with available adapter chucks).

• Infeed: Expandable decoiler with height-adjustable coil transport trolley (loading capacity 3,000 N).
• Coating unit: Double coater for precise paint application via steel roller guide.
• Drying: Drying and burner section with two Eclipse gas burners and control panel.
• Safety & environment: FID probe for continuous monitoring of solvent concentration in the oven incl. control unit.

Inspection & Processing:
• Condition: Used, fully operational until recently.

• Dismantling/Transport: Dismantling and removal to be carried out and paid for by the buyer.
