The DUPLO PFI Blade B2+ is a new compact flatbed plotter with automatic suction feeding and unloading using a conveyor belt. The device is designed for short-run jobs involving die-cutting, creasing, and kiss-cutting of labels. The machine is equipped with a multifunctional head which houses the following tools: cutting knife, creasing knife, kiss-cutting tool, and oscillating tool, allowing material cutting up to a thickness of 6 mm. The maximum supported grammage is 400 gsm. Precision is ensured by registration marks detected by a CCD camera, which can also read QR codes for automatic job changeover. The machine comes with DPC controller software, including a computer, for controlling programmable table suction (in 3 zones). Programmable oscillating knife for cutting corrugated board.
