The following firefighting water tank complies with the requirements of DIN 14230 (underground firefighting water tank):

100,000 liter water tank – firefighting water tank – underground storage tank for sub-surface installation, single or double-walled, 1 DN 600 manhole with blank cover including gasket and bolts, external bitumen coating – used –

Length: approx. 15,750 mm
Diameter: approx. 2,900 mm

Material: Steel, grade S 235 JRG 2

The tank is equipped with a suction connection for firefighting water according to DIN 14244, with a mounted fire brigade coupling/fixed coupling A according to DIN 14319, design type B, without dip tube.

Additionally, the tank is fitted with a vent flange connector in NW/DN 100 with cap, overall length approx. 1,300 mm, suitable for 800 mm soil coverage and 500 mm above ground level.

- The tank has been emptied, cleaned, and factory-treated with an external bitumen coating by us
- On request, we can provide the tank with a full bitumen-based internal lining (for corrosion protection) or an epoxy resin internal coating
- Alternatively, a plastic internal liner can be installed
