Simultaneous processing of both sides of laser-cut or punched metal parts saves time and reduces production costs. Another advantage of the DM1100 2C is its capability to process small parts from 50 mm. By folding up a table, the rotating direction of the upper conveyor automatically reverses, and the gap of the first processing station is bridged, enabling the workpieces to feed directly into the second processing station. Thus, small products measuring from 50 mm up to 150 mm can be processed on one side only. An additional benefit of this machine is the ability to round parts with protective surface film without damaging the film. Easy and tool-free cross belt change.
