Liqui Filter Chip Processing System

Chip processing system for the recovery of coolants, oils, and drying of metal chips

Steel chips are shredded and centrifuged. The separated coolant is processed and supplied back to the system.
The dried chips are collected in an on-site chip trolley. Sedimented sludge is collected in a container and discharged into an on-site sludge tank.
