Operation:
- The parts to be processed are deburred, descaled, and derusted by frictional contact.
- Due to the enclosed design, noise during deburring is reduced to only 68 - 72 dB(A).
- A directly acting dust extraction system automatically removes generated dust during processing.
- Oily stamped and sawn parts can also be processed in the machine.
- For this type of processing, sawdust is added to the drum.
- With a time delay circuit, the dust extraction system can be activated individually.
- As a result, the parts are first deoiled and dried.
- Only after this process does the extraction system automatically switch on to remove the sawdust from the drum.

- Specifying the drum speed ensures optimal processing results.
- The LIMA-400 L deburring machine can be installed anywhere, provided a solid floor/foundation is available.
- After completing the process, the drum stops in position so that the drum door can be opened quickly.
- One operating cycle takes approx. 20 minutes.
