New external cylindrical grinding machine, manufacturer Kraft, model URS 1000, year of manufacture 2022

For the construction of this machine, an unused base frame of a hydraulically operated URS 1000 and unused cast components were utilized.

The offered machine, URS 1000 CNC, is equipped with 2-axis ball screw spindles, axis drives, and a PLC control. User-friendly Siemens S7-1200 PLC is used as the control system.

The entire machine is equipped with an effective partial enclosure.

Multiple diameters can be easily programmed and ground with the Siemens PLC S7. The machine is also suitable for the following operations: longitudinal grinding, plunge grinding, incremental plunge grinding, automatic dressing, and dressing amount compensation.
Up to 30 individual programs can be stored and 10 individual programs (10 diameters) can be linked in one cycle.
The operator can interrupt the cycle at any time to measure the workpiece, enter compensation, and grind the rest to final dimension.

The control is very simple to operate!

The production of curves, radii, and ellipses is not possible with this control.

The machine’s performance data should be considered provisional, as they are based on the original hydraulically operated machine.
