Here we offer our newly manufactured pre-treatment unit VBH KM Pro for part dimensions up to 4,000x1,400x2,000 mm.
System Description:
Pre-treatment unit for wet-chemical cleaning of workpieces prior to coating, using a 3-zone process, including nozzle rail for loss application.
Equipment:
- Washing stations for up to 2 transport racks per cleaning cycle
- 3 rails (1 center, 2 side washing positions)
- Washing ring with removable center nozzle rail (Info: The center nozzle rail is used when 2 rails with flat workpieces are to be cleaned simultaneously. Without the center nozzle rail, wider workpieces can be loaded and cleaned on the center rail.)
- 4 washing zones (Degreasing circulation, 1st rinse (pre-rinse) circulation, 2nd rinse (final rinse) DI water cascading to degreasing tank 1
- Final spray ring (Zone 4) for passivation in a no-rinse process as the goods carrier is withdrawn (duration of misting is adjustable). Passivation is injected into DI water. Inflow to tank 1.
- 2 stainless steel buffer tanks, including level monitoring (Rinse 1 + DI rinse)
- 1 insulated stainless steel tank, electrically heated, including level monitoring (Degreasing)
- Drain valves on the tanks for disposal, cleaning, and refilling
- Supply of DI water demand via mixed bed cartridges
- Exhaust fan for discharging water vapor to the outside, including exhaust ducting
- Enclosure made of stainless steel
- Loading via double-wing doors
- Operating terminal (PLC controlled) outside the washing cabin
- Control via PLC and touch display, including remote maintenance module
- Intuitive, illustrated operation for quick and easy handling
