Special worktable systems of the SST, SFT, and SWT fixed series as 3D clamping workstations for efficient production of assembly, welding, and bonding constructions, e.g. fixtures, railings, frames, etc. With the help of the comprehensive range of clamping accessories (see catalog section welding table accessories), these table systems can also be used as flexibly configurable fixtures and thus allow for high-quality production of small and medium series. The special worktables are equipped with a 16 mm (dual standard) or 25 mm (triple 24+1) thick worktop, which features a Ø28 mm hole grid. Additionally, the tabletop offers a 100 x 100 mm grid marking for easy alignment of workpieces or fixtures. The table perforation allows the use of a wide variety of clamping elements and fastening aids. For special applications, the tabletop surface can also be supplied in stainless steel 1.4301, aluminum, plastic, or high-strength materials ST70, as an alternative to the standard. Thanks to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the work surface can be replaced cost-effectively in case of later wear. This ensures the table system remains particularly sustainable for long-term use.
