In waterjet cutting, water is compressed to a pressure of up to 5500 bar. Depending on requirements and the workpiece, it is then forced through a nozzle with a diameter of 0.01 to 0.08 mm. As waterjet technology processes materials without heat input, no distortions occur.

By adding an abrasive medium, waterjet cutting achieves the highest precision with tolerances of +/- 0.01 mm. Our flexible manufacturing allows for both perpendicular and angled cuts. We are happy to accept your individual CAD data. Waterjet technology offers great advantages for industry, trades, and custom prototype manufacturing. It is also environmentally friendly, as the waterjet process is dust- and vapor-free and conserves material.
