The 2-shaft shredder KS 1000/2 is a powerful shredding machine featuring a fully machined, solid grinding chamber. This chamber is assembled from four interlocking and bolted components, providing exceptional stability and making maintenance extremely easy! The machine is driven by two high-performance electric motors, which use high-quality, robust planetary gearboxes to drive two counter-rotating hexagonal shafts. The hexagonal shafts can be equipped with custom-made cutting discs in various thicknesses. The KS 1000/2 grinding chamber is doubly protected against wear by wear plates and wear rings, making it completely reinforced against abrasion.
