Tested and certified condensate treatment:
The Berlin Institute for Building Technology (DIBt) has tested and certified the function of the AQUAMAT. In Germany, only condensate treatment systems certified by the DIBt are approved for use. AQUAMAT condensate treatment systems offer state-of-the-art processing and legal compliance for operators. This provides the user with the highest level of safety when treating compressed air condensate. The AQUAMAT significantly reduces disposal costs and contributes to environmental protection.

High-performance filter material:
Both the pre-filter and main filter cartridges feature a particularly efficient filter material (no activated carbon). Thanks to the upstream separation tank with gravity pre-separation, reliability and service intervals are further improved (excluding type CF3).

Highly visible alarm indicator:
The rising float triggers an alarm display, indicating that the filters must be replaced. The operator can use the reference turbidity tester to regularly check AQUAMAT's function and arrange maintenance if necessary (Recommendation: test operation once per week).

Clean filter replacement:
With the practical carrying handles, the main filter cartridge can be easily removed and fixed on the AQUAMAT housing to drip dry. This allows for clean filter replacement. Pre-soaking the new filter is not necessary.
