About the Machine:

We offer a Jung HF 50 EVO surface grinding machine, year 2000, in excellent condition. The machine is fully functional and, after its overhaul, has approximately 50 operating hours. All slides run very smoothly and evenly. Even at high speeds, the Jung operates very quietly. This newer generation of surface grinders is very user-friendly and can achieve surfaces with a low Rz value. Take the opportunity to inspect the machine under power on site and see the condition for yourself.

Geometry scope of work:
- Guideway grinding at the manufacturer (optional)
- Hand scraping of guideways

- Setting of cross-grinding pattern at the spindle head
- Alignment of dresser
- Grinding of the table and magnet surfaces
- Machine acceptance to manufacturer’s inspection sheet

Electrical scope of work:
- Renewal of all electrical wiring, limit switches, and push buttons
- Conversion of the X-axis from cam switch to contactless limit switches (HF 50)
- New control cabinet
- RSF position indicator (2- or 3-axis display)
- Magnetic force control for 24V or EP magnetic chuck

Control system modernization:
- New auxiliary control cabinet (operator panel top right)
- Thyristor control for grinding spindle drive
- Manual cylindrical dressing with head or side dresser (for Diaform operation)
