Industrial hall filtration and ventilation—essential for numerous technological processes in production facilities, especially in metalworking applications. Often, machine-mounted extraction systems designed to recover cooling fluids are not sufficiently effective or are simply not installed. Machine tool changeovers, frequent opening of enclosures, or a lack of encapsulation at machining heads lead to oil mist escaping into operator working areas, exposing personnel to harmful mists and fumes.

Installing a ventilation tower significantly improves air quality at workstations and serves as the ideal filtration supplement for halls where full separation of oil mist via coolant-recovery units is impossible or extremely difficult to achieve.

Features automatic air quality and temperature control within the facility. An innovative PLC control system monitors and compares data, automatically detecting when workplace thresholds are exceeded, or excessive heat accumulates under the hall ceiling, and then fully regulates temperature and air quality accordingly.
