The ONIX 3300 is a 3+1 axis CNC machining center designed for drilling and milling operations on aluminum, PVC, light alloys, and steel profiles up to a maximum thickness of 3 mm.

The machine features a working area of 3300 mm and is equipped with an automatic 8-position tool magazine, with the capability to accommodate an angular head unit for machining on three sides of the profile and a disc milling cutter for end milling operations.

The fully enclosed structure houses the electrospindle, which delivers 4 kW of power with a rotation speed up to 18,000 rpm, ensuring high performance and machining quality.
The swiveling control console, located on the right side of the machine, allows for simple and immediate management of programs and commands at any stage of the machining cycle.

The ONIX 3300 is equipped with CNC axis control and an industrial PC for program management, complete with a 17" LCD monitor, 80 GB hard disk, and 2 USB ports.
The programming language is ISO standard, with an operating interface on the Windows XP platform, and dedicated ITALSOFT – FLY CAM CAD-CAM 3D programming software, for optimized management of processes and production cycles.
