With our TEBARON, we offer a compact air filtration unit that meets the diverse requirements of modern machining processes and the associated contaminant profiles.
The TEBARON is designed as a compact air filtration device for the separation of emulsion mist in small to medium-sized machine workspaces. Our main development priorities were compact dimensions with maximum energy efficiency, cost-effective operation due to minimal follow-up costs, and the highest level of sustainability.
To meet these goals, the TEBARON series utilises highly efficient, variable-speed EC fans.
The standard integrated pre-filter package is three-stage and completely washable. It is highly effective against liquids and large to medium-sized particles, protecting the main filter and maximising its service life. The main filter can be customised for the specific application. As standard, we use an H13 HEPA filter to achieve a separation efficiency of 99.95% for particles as small as 0.3 μ.
