Sector segment driven by a dual set of cam gears instead of the earlier triple cam system. This results in smoother and vibration-free improved operation of the gripper bars.
Chains renewed in May 2023
Gripper bars repaired where necessary but not replaced; current tolerance at the front lay for rigid carton stock < 0.15 mm
Engagement clutch (electrical 24 VDC, Warner) replaced in May 2023, as well as all roller bearings on this shaft, including those in the gear housing just before and after the worm drive.
Oil seals replaced
Oil gear housings flushed and thoroughly cleaned for the conversion from mineral oil to fully synthetic. Absolutely no foaming, quieter operation.
Dismantling from 23/12/2025; available for sale ex warehouse Van Rooij from that date.
