We are offering this used continuous drying oven for pad printing on aluminum rims, infrared type, from IBT.InfraBioTech GmbH, year of manufacture 2021.

Description and Intended Use
The machine is designed for drying decorative prints (pad printing) on aluminum rims. The rims are conveyed through the system in 4 cycle steps: 1 loading / unloading, 2–3 IR heating, 4 convection cooling. The surfaces of the rims are gradually heated to a maximum temperature of 250°C within the system. The applied coatings are thereby dried. If solvent-based coatings are used, only minimal amounts of solvent may be introduced into the system! The upper limit is 10 g of solvent per hour. When the exhaust air unit is operated simultaneously, safe operation is ensured. The rims are subsequently cooled down to temperatures below 60°C.

The machine has been professionally dismantled into its individual components by the manufacturer and divided into several shipping units. The individual parts are packed on pallets and ready for dispatch. All documents are available.
