CNC Lathe Hwacheon CUTEX 180 BL with 350 mm turning diameter, spindle bore Ø76 mm, 65 mm bar capacity, 12-position turret with 24 indexing stations, and Siemens Sinumerik 828D control system.

The Hwacheon CUTEX 180 BL is a high-performance CNC turning center designed for precise and cost-effective series production. Thanks to its robust Meehanite cast iron bed and high-quality linear guides, the machine provides exceptional stability and outstanding vibration damping characteristics, even during demanding machining operations.

The maximum turning diameter is 350 mm, with a swing over bed of 700 mm. The powerful main spindle reaches speeds of up to 4,500 rpm, enabling high cutting performance combined with excellent process stability.

The BL version features an enlarged spindle bore of 76 mm and a bar capacity of 65 mm, making it particularly well-suited for efficient bar machining and serial production.

The machine is equipped with a 12-station turret, offering 24 indexing positions. When using double tool holders, up to 24 tools can be utilized, significantly increasing tool capacity and reducing setup times.

Additional equipment includes:

- 200 mm 3-jaw hydraulic chuck
- Coolant system with 15 bar pressure
- Side chip conveyor
- Parts catcher
- Preparation for bar feeder

Operation is via a Siemens Sinumerik 828D control with a large 15-inch screen, providing convenient programming, quick setup, and a high level of process reliability for daily production use.
