Driven by 2 electric motors of 160 kW each (2 x 218 HP).

Rotors can operate asynchronously to promote material breakage.

Shredding unit with 2 rotors, each 660 mm in diameter and 2260 mm in length, featuring oversized steel shafts and high-capacity, reversible, and replaceable shredding tools (bolt-mounted).

The tools, especially made of manganese steel with high abrasion resistance, are arranged for maximum aggressiveness and throughput. Each rotor can be fitted with either 16 or 32 tools.

Lateral cutting combs are made of special high-abrasion resistant steel.

Deflector sealing system at shaft entry points through the shredder housing. Grinding comb below the rotors for further refinement of shredded products.

Automatic reverse function activates either when the pressure threshold is reached or as required by the selected program.

Rotor speed is adjustable between 20 and 40 rpm.

Shredding is possible in both directions, including during the reverse cycle.

Discharge conveyor belt has a width of 1400 mm and a discharge height of approximately 3200 mm.
