Unused Hosokawa Bepex BX 150 extruder made of stainless steel (AISI 316) for low-pressure extrusion. This machine produces products with an open structure, large surface area, and excellent formability. The processed material is fed into the device through the inlet opening. In the extrusion chamber, there are two rotors rotating in opposite directions.

- The upper 2-arm rotor, equipped with additional wipers, mixes and conveys the material downwards. The rotor is driven via a gearbox by a 0.55 kW, 60 Hz electric motor with adjustable speed from approximately 14 to 139 rpm.
- The lower 3-arm rotor features bent arms and rotor blades. Product is compressed and extruded through a screen by the lower 3-arm rotor. The granule diameter depends on the screen perforation diameter. The rotor is driven via a gearbox by a 3.0 kW, 60 Hz electric motor with adjustable speed range of approximately 15 to 144 rpm.

The scope of supply includes (2) extrusion screens with perforations of 2 mm diameter x 1.2 mm screen thickness as well as a control cabinet with integrated control panel. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with (4) wheels.
