Clamping, separating, and face grinding in one operation
The machine features two parallel grinding spindles: one for cutting-off and one for precision face grinding to final dimension.
The desired workpiece length is set to an accuracy of 0.01 mm on the scale.

To open the prism clamp: Move the center lever to the right and insert the workpiece.
To close the prism clamp: Move the lever to the left.
Cutting: Move the left lever upwards.
Finishing: Move the left lever downwards.
To open the prism clamp: Move the lever to the center and right; finished workpiece can be removed.

The grinding wheel can be adjusted and dressed at any time without affecting the pre-set measurement.

Equipped with motor protection, cover switch, and restart protection.

Operation without clamping handle:
The machine is supplied with two stop rulers (300 & 600 mm):
Max. finished workpiece length: 300 mm or 600 mm
Min. finished workpiece length: 54 mm
Workpiece diameter: Ø1-25 mm

Operation with clamping handle (not included in accessories):
