Henkel UVALOC 400 Loctite 97039 Curing Chamber
The UVALOC 400 curing chamber (LOCTITE 97039) is a flood exposure curing system designed for curing light-curing adhesives using UVA radiation and visible light. It is suitable both for manual curing of individual items during production and for laboratory use.
Integrated into the device:
- Control unit with integrated main switch and operating hours counter
- Lamp housing with burner
- Reflector
- Ignition unit
Supplied in UV-protection enclosure
Features:
- Equipped with a 400 W metal halide lamp
- Optimized for light output in the UVA range
- Typical curing area: 10 x 19 cm
- Expected UV lamp service life: up to 1,000 h
- Power supply can be detached and operated separately from the lamp module
- Adjustable lamp height for optimal exposure
- Includes glass filter to prevent shortwave UVB/UVC emission
