Machine Description:
The electric drilling machine VS 50 GB is designed for drilling, roughing, reaming, and thread cutting both in single-part and series production. The machine consists of four main components: body, column, electrical installation, and coolant system. The spindle housing is adjustable and can rotate 360° around the column. This model is equipped with automatic feed. The machine features a rigid construction and operational reliability. The drilling machine has four feed rates with electromagnetic clutch. The main shaft and feed gearboxes are lubricated by oil mist, which is supplied by a pump located in the lower part of the body. The electromagnetic clutch ensures the selected feed rate is maintained and simultaneously disengages the machine feed when the preset drilling depth is reached or if maximum spindle pressure is exceeded (for example, in the case of a damaged or blunt tool).
Drilling depth is set using a millimeter scale. The drilling spindle runs in ball bearings, and a coil spring ensures spindle retraction. The electrical equipment is centralized in the control cabinet and fully complies with all EU regulations. All machine control elements are located on the front panel.
