We are a family-owned machine manufacturer based in eastern Poland. All our machines are produced 100% at the GRAFS factory in Poland.

We present our robust, user-friendly knife grinding machine for straight blades, suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, especially for:
- various recycling blades,
- chipper and shredder knives (e.g. ALBACH, JENZ, BRUKS),
- planer knives,
- guillotine blades,
- shredder knives,
- granulator knives.

The semi-automatic grinding machine model GRAFS SR Semi-Auto is available in various grinding lengths:
1,200 mm, 1,800 mm, 2,100 mm, 2,400 mm, and 3,000 mm.

TECHNICAL FEATURES OF GRAFS SR MODEL
- Handwheel for vertical infeed of grinding motor
- Automatic mechanical feed system (from 0.003 mm to 0.03 mm)
- Adjustable grinding parameters during operation (infeed, number of passes, spark-out)
- Grinding head angle adjustable from 0–10° (for surface grinding operations)
- Swiveling electromagnetic table with ±120° scale, “S” polarity, magnetic force 120 N/cm², with T-slot on operator side for secure blade clamping
- Interchangeable, hardened steel guides on machine carriage – ensure long service life
- Manual positioning of the grinding head over the workpiece (drive unit lockable/unlockable via lever)
- Cross movement of the carriage on Y-axis for precise alignment to various blade angles
- Rapid vertical lift of the grinding motor for quick setup and easy grinding wheel change
- Reversible grinding wheel rotation direction
- Powerful 7.5 kW grinding motor, suitable for wheels Ø 175–250 mm
- Specially designed, vibration-free grinding head with soft start
- Quick-change grinding wheel system: special adapter on the motor shaft allows the change of any grinding wheels (CBN, DIA, segment) with just 3 screws
- Automatic external magnetic coolant separator – model MS60
- Infinitely variable carriage feed speed within 1–16 m/min
- Fine adjustment of carriage feed speed via potentiometer
- Precision scale for showing infeed or grinding head position
- Precision scale for blade angle
