Gildemeister Sprint 42 - linear inkl. Stangenlader

The Sprint 42 Linear from DMG Gildemeister is a CNC turning/milling center with 6 linear axes and 2 C-axes.

Direct drives enable high accelerations and precise machining operations.
Both the main and sub spindles have been newly mounted, and the machine has undergone a comprehensive general overhaul.

Additionally, the following parts have recently been renewed:
- Drive motor of the driven tool #2 replaced and renewed
- Sub spindle newly mounted
- New door switch

Spindles: Main and sub spindle each up to 6,500 rpm, main spindle bar capacity 42 mm, sub spindle 38 mm

Tool capacity: 26 stations, of which up to 11 are live tools; turret with Y-axis for milling and threading operations

Axes / Travel Ranges:
Slide 1: X1 = 65 mm, Z1 = 350 mm, Y1 = 120 mm
Slide 2: X2 = 326 mm, Z2 = 320 mm, Y2 = 265 mm
Rapid traverse: up to 30 m/min (X1, Z1, X2, Z2), Y2 up to 18 m/min
Control: FANUC 160i-TB with 15" DMG SlimLine panel

Including IEMCA Boss 545-E bar feeder

The IEMCA Boss 545-E bar feeder (type 32 LL, year 2007) is included in the scope of delivery and enables continuous loading of material up to Ø 42 mm. It operates at 400 V / 50 Hz and requires 6 bar air pressure; its own weight is approx. 860 kg.
