- Linear guideways, axial bearing, ball screw and adjusting nut of X1 axis replaced
- Linear guideways, axial bearing, ball screw and adjusting nut of Z1 axis replaced
- Linear guideways, axial bearing, ball screw and adjusting nut of X2 axis replaced
- Linear guideways, axial bearing, ball screw and adjusting nut of Z2 axis replaced
- All sliding sheet scrapers replaced; safety glass of the work area door renewed
- Replacement of all feed timing belts as well as the timing belt for the sub-spindle drive
- Tool drive 1 dismounted, disassembled, cleaned and fitted with new bearings
- Main spindle fan filter mat replaced, coolant valves of turret 1 and 2 exchanged
- Main and sub-spindle chucks dismantled and cleaned
- Machine geometry and work area newly measured and adjusted
- Hydraulic filter cartridges replaced; pneumatic filter replaced
