Easy-to-use operator interface, textually and graphically supported; simple programming even for complex grinding wheel contours and fast chaining of grinding operations as well as all standard grinding cycles.
• Electronic handwheel for 3 axes.
• Table movement via ball screw drive (KT), enabling both very high and very low table speeds, ideally suited for profile grinding.
• Cross feed (Z) and vertical feed (Y) via ball screw with incremental glass scale.
• Diamond dressing unit mounted on the left table side (for profile dressing as well); additional driven diamond roll dresser (table-mountable) with automatic dressing cycle including compensation.
• HOFMANN balancing unit EasyBalancer EB3100 (with installed speed and vibration sensor)
• Currently only a small magnetic chuck 110 x 200 mm is available.
• Wet grinding system with externally mounted band filter coolant filtration.
• Complete enclosure with electrically monitored sliding doors, separate control cabinet, work light, various accessories, operating manuals.
