• Machine is equipped with an easy-to-program and freely programmable SIEMENS CNC control, type 840 D, with complete operation under Windows. User guidance is supported both textually and graphically, allowing for simple programming—even for complex grinding wheel contours—and quick linking of grinding operations and all standard grinding cycles.
• Electronic handwheel for 3 axes.
• Table movement is via a roller ring screw drive, which enables both very high and very low table speeds with constant torque and very high efficiency.
• Cross and vertical movements are via precision ball screw drive.
• Diamond dressing device mounted on the left side of the table next to the magnetic chuck, with automatic dressing cycle, compensation, pull-off, and edge rounding of the grinding wheels possible.
• MPM balancing device for the grinding wheel.
• Built-in fine-pole electromagnetic chuck approx. 1,000 x 500 mm, fine-pole.
• Wet grinding system with separately standing band filter coolant filtration unit.
