The grinding head with two rotating tools (grinding disc or brush) is mounted on a swivel arm. The Easy T features infinitely adjustable speed and a vacuum system, allowing workpieces to be secured on the table. It is a cost-effective and efficient solution for conventional grinding and deburring. All edges of the workpiece can be processed from all angles and directions. The grinding head swivels 180°, allowing for quick tool changes. Features: * Grinding pressure is applied manually * Easy handling, low operating costs The flap brush ensures proper edge rounding of the workpiece. The standard brushes have a diameter of 150 mm. For deburring, a support pad with grinding disc is used. Depending on the height and hardness of the burr, the grinding disc can be set at a slight angle to apply more pressure to the burr.

The cross belts allow deburring of both inner and outer edges of the workpieces. Sharp edges produced during laser cutting, punching, or shearing of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum parts are removed. Simultaneous processing of both sides of laser-cut or punched metal parts saves time and reduces production costs. Another advantage of the DM1100 2C is its capability to process small parts from 50 mm. By folding up a table, the rotating direction of the upper conveyor automatically reverses, and the gap of the first processing station is bridged, enabling the workpieces to feed directly into the second processing station. Thus, small products measuring from 50 mm up to 150 mm can be processed on one side only.
