Galvanized modular pallet (construction basket) – designed for ceiling props, H20 beams, pipes, or scaffolding. This pallet is a key asset for construction sites, warehouses, and depots, ensuring proper storage and efficient handling of formwork panels, props, struts, beams, and heads. Using this type of pallet (basket) considerably speeds up construction work, as it is adapted for crane (lifting eyes in the top plates), forklift, or loader handling. Stackable pallets (up to 4 high) take up less space than loose formwork components. Another advantage is excellent inventory visibility – making it easy to count and estimate resources. The whole pallet construction is corrosion-protected via hot-dip galvanization, according to standard PN-EN ISO 1461, ensuring long service life.

INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS
1. We would like to inform you that our product has undergone many modifications over the years. While it may seem it cannot be further improved, we have decided to produce and test the RW-0S basket. The specifications above remain unchanged, but the key innovation is the elimination of holes in the structural elements, which previously allowed liquids to enter and cause internal corrosion. The redesign ensures that zinc coating still reaches the structure’s interior and there are drainage channels, but these are not visible externally. The only potential ingress point for rainwater is via the base with the lower cap, which can also be sealed if required, making the basket fully watertight. If you are interested in this solution, please inform our sales representative. There is no extra charge, and you receive a product of outstanding quality.
2. An additional innovative solution is a basket that glows in the dark after being illuminated and reflects light (similar to horizontal and vertical road markings). The black and yellow (luminescent) colors are covered with a special reflective material that enhances visibility both at night and during the day. This is a significant development in terms of construction site health and safety, making hazards more visible for drivers and pedestrian workers alike. Such a glowing pallet/basket is much more noticeable than a standard warning tape or chain thanks to its large surface area.
