The container scale from WeDi GmbH is designed to measure the fill level of roll-off containers. It consists of two drive-on ramps measuring 1000 mm x 400 mm x 160 mm, made from 10 mm thick steel plates, including end stops with stiffening plates and braces, as well as lateral centering rails and mounting holes. One weighing beam measuring 100 mm x 100 mm, length 2,300 mm, designed as a U-profile, 10 mm thick, with holes for attaching the load cells. One weighing beam measuring 100 mm x 100 mm x 1,400 mm in length, designed as a U-profile, 10 mm thick, with holes for attaching the load cells, including a 10 mm thick steel support plate, stiffening plates made from 10 mm steel, and 20 mm x 20 mm square steel for lateral guidance of the weighing beam.

For weight measurement, one BKSB 15000 load cell kit is used, weighing range 15,000 kg, readability 2 kg, with 4 x K30S 5000 load cells with spacer plates, 4 load feet, 1 JBB-04 junction and trim box, and 10 m scale cable to the display electronics.

The weighing electronics used are a BWI indicator with an illuminated 50 mm large display, dimensions 250 x 160 x 60 mm. Housed in a high-quality, flat plastic enclosure, user-friendly operation. Basic functions: Tare, Zero, Gross/Net. The container scale is programmed by us upon installation to zero, corresponding to an empty Cat 3 container tare weight. Power supply is 220 volts.
