This hardening system is used for inductive tempering and surface hardening of shaft-shaped workpieces approx. 40 mm Ø x approx. 150 mm high, consisting of:

1 hardening unit with HF transistor converter FCM 115 kW, 170 – 230 kHz
Twin inductor, vertical stroke approx. 400 mm, horizontally adjustable, current inductor diameter approx. 60 mm, with quenching spray and pneumatic twin tailstock as a rotating workpiece counter support

1 tempering station with transistor converter FCI-30/50 kW, 10-25 Hz
Twin inductor, vertical stroke approx. 400 mm, horizontally adjustable, current inductor diameter approx. 60 mm, with quenching spray and pneumatic twin tailstock as a rotating workpiece counter support, in combination with:
double re-spray/cooling station and
hardness testing station, make EDDYLINER PL by IGB, with pneumatic workpiece lifting device, testing performed with multi-frequency

Rotary indexing table with 2x workpiece holders, powered and 8-position selectable for the respective processing station; workpieces are loaded and unloaded automatically by a gantry loader, make FELSOMAT Type FAZ 300; raw and finished parts placed on stack pallets for further workpiece transport.
