Gooseneck:
Gooseneck with front corners chamfered approx. 45° and rear bevel approx. 750 mm x 10°. 3 pairs of lashing rings (LC 5,000 daN). Hardwood flooring approx. 30 mm thick.

Loading area:
Loading area hydraulically liftable and lowerable after the gooseneck, length approx. 2,800 mm, with rear bevel approx. 1,000 mm x 8°. 6 pairs of fold-out lashing rings to the outside (LC 5,000 daN). 2 pairs of fold-out lashing rings to the outside (LC 10,000 daN). 1 pair of fold-out lashing rings to the inside at the front central beam (LC 10,000 daN). Cut-outs in the outer frame of the loading area for the attachment of lashing straps (LC 2,000 daN). Grating surface C40/4 (point load approx. 2.3 t over an area of approx. 20 x 20 cm), checker plate over the axles.

Two-part steel ramps:
One pair of galvanized two-part steel ramps, approx. 2,750 + 1,400 x 800 mm, with grating surface C40/4 (point load approx. 2.2 t over an area of approx. 20 x 20 cm). Ramp with hydraulically deployable and retractable ramp sections. Hydraulic lifting equipment, hydraulically adjustable. Maximum load per pair: approx. 40,000 kg.

Landing gears:
JOST landing legs (mechanical) with two-speed gearbox, lifting capacity approx. 24 t (test load approx. 50 t).

Axles:
BPW axles and suspension, 2 fixed axles, 1 self-steering trailing axle. Technical axle load: 12,000 kg each. Electromagnetic reverse lock, activated via reverse gear and manually. Air suspension with lift and lower valve.

Brake system:
WABCO brake system in accordance with EU regulations with EBS-E (2S2M).

Tyres:
Tyres 235/75 R 17.5 3PMSF, manufacturer of our choice.

TPMS:
TPMS tyre pressure monitoring system in accordance with ECE R 141.

Coating:
HRM metallization of the entire vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc/15% aluminium) to ensure optimum corrosion protection. Final coating with 2 layers of 2K topcoat, single color in RAL 3002 Carmine Red according to RAL System 841GL. Rims finished in silver-grey.

- One galvanized steel front wall, approx. 400 mm high
