The used FAVRETTO MB 100 tangential surface grinder with CNC is a hydraulic surface grinding machine with full numerical control. It features a magnetic table measuring 1,000x400 mm and offers a useful working area of 1200x500x550 mm, thanks to a 380x70 mm grinding wheel.

The machine, equipped with a PCL CNC, offers various automatic grinding and wheel dressing cycles. It includes a coolant tank with water pump and filtration unit, a TECNOMAGNETE electromagnetic table, and a wheel dresser mounted on the table.

The machine has undergone a complete retrofit (including the electrical system and full compliance update) recently and has just been reconditioned in its main mechanical components (Z-axis lead screw and bearings, lubrication, etc.).
