We are pleased to present an exceptional offer for a CNC lathe. The machine offered is the FAT TUR 630MN x 2000 model, manufactured in 2001 and thoroughly overhauled in 2024. The lathe is equipped with a new SIEMENS 828D control system. The user-friendly programming environment, along with simulation capabilities and integrated documentation, significantly reduces the time required to introduce a new part into production. As a result, we offer a machine tool with all the attributes of modern CNC machines at an attractive price.
We also provide comprehensive customer support, including commissioning and implementation of the machine, warranty and post-warranty service, programming and machine operation training, as well as assistance with process and technology implementation and parts manufacturing.
Key features of the TUR MN lathe:
• European standard – the lathe is constructed using top-quality components.
• Rigid and wide bed – ensures high rigidity, resulting in excellent surface finish quality.
• Hardened and ground components – the bed and gears are hardened and ground for increased durability.
• Precision ball screws – guarantee high machining accuracy.
• Spindle head – two-speed, up to 2500 rpm, with high torque for precise and heavy-duty machining.
• Control system – new Siemens 828D controller.
• Enclosed working area – provides safety and operator comfort.
Machine operating modes:
• Manual mode (JOG) – mainly used for machine setup, tool measurement, workpiece preparation, process planning, and simple turning operations.
• Semi-automatic mode (MDI) – allows command sequences to be executed via G-code command line.
• Automatic mode (Auto) – fully automated operation based on a generated G-code program, utilizing machining cycles and/or contour drawings with specified part and machining parameters.
Operator interface key features:
• User-friendly and intuitive control system with built-in documentation.
• Saving and loading files via USB port.
• Graphical machining simulation before and during turning operations.
• Contour turning – shape drawing capability using basic geometric elements (lines, curves, arcs) on the control panel, including calculation of undefined steps.
• Machining using cycles, contours and/or G-code in a single program, with the ability to create subprograms.
• Execution of programs compliant with ISO/DIN coding standards.

• Bed grinding.
• Renovation of slideways and carriage (new slideway linings).
• Machine geometry adjustment (scraping).
• Replacement of all bearings (spindle head, X-axis, Z-axis, tailstock).

• Replacement of the entire lubrication system.
• Replacement of drive belts.
• Installation of new Siemens X and Z axis motors.
