The basic components of the grinding machine include: base, carriage, column with wheel head, rotary table, and control cabinet.

The table is driven via a mechanical transmission with a reducer-inverter assembly and performs a rotary movement. Table rotational speed is controlled by a potentiometer located on the machine control panel. In manual mode, the machine allows for jog (pulse) rotation of the table, controlled from the operator panel. The transverse movement is executed by the column together with the wheel head, guided on linear roller ways of the base. This movement is achieved by means of a ball screw with a belt drive and an asynchronous motor controlled by a frequency inverter.

The vertical movement is performed by the wheel head along the slideways of the column. Vertical feed is achieved using a ball screw. Continuous column feed is steplessly adjustable. These values are set from the control panel.

The machine is equipped with direct digital readout (DRO) on the vertical axis with a resolution of 0.001 mm. The operator panel is fitted with an electronic handwheel for vertical axis movement during manual operation, as well as an operator panel (programmable display). The grinder offers infinitely variable spindle speed control and table rotational speed adjustment. The machine can operate in an automatic cycle, with programmable spark-out passes and other parameters required for automated grinding cycles.

Safe operation is ensured by a semi-enclosed cabin and all electrical and mechanical safety devices compliant with CE standards.
