Process Description:

The wet blasting technology principle has proven to be an extremely effective and powerful cleaning system over several decades.

The ET 6600 wet blasting system is a rotary table wet blasting machine based on a blast wheel design. It is especially engineered for removing contaminants such as oils, greases, emulsions, rust, scale, paint, or other organic substances from components. As standard, the system is equipped with a process chamber, two blast wheels, a spray nozzle/air blow-off manifold, and a rotary table that rotates components in front of the blast wheels and/or the spray nozzle/blow-off manifold. This allows treatment of all relevant areas of the parts in a multi-stage process (blasting + washing + rinsing + drying).
