ET 6600-2 Rotary Table Wet Blasting System

Process Description:

The wet blasting technology principle has proven to be an extremely effective and powerful cleaning system for several decades.

The ET 6600 wet blasting system is a rotary table wet blasting unit based on a blasting wheel design, specifically engineered for removing contaminants such as oils, greases, emulsions, rust, scale, paint, or other organic residues from components. The system comes standard with a process chamber, two blasting wheels, a spray nozzle/blow-off manifold, and a rotary table that rotates the components in front of the blasting wheels and the spray/blow-off manifold. This allows for all areas of the components to be cleaned in a multistage process (blasting + washing + rinsing + post-drying).

Various workpieces contaminated with oils, greases, emulsions, rust, scale, or other residues.

Workpiece Material:
Primarily metallic workpieces, but mineral or plastic workpieces can also be processed.
