ERBA EVP-RA 550 Rundvibrator mit Separierung

The EVP-RA 550 vibratory finishing machine from ERBA features an inclined process bowl bottom with integrated separation. It is equipped with an easily replaceable screening unit and is characterized by high working efficiency thanks to the integrated drop stage. Discharge and separation are performed via the integrated flap (manual/pneumatic operation). On request, reinforced suspension and a more powerful motor can be installed for higher loads. The motor speed can be continuously adjusted by means of a frequency converter (optional). Thanks to its side discharge, the EVP-RA 550 can be integrated and linked with other machines. The system can also be equipped with a fully automatic PLC control system (optional).

ERBA vibratory finishing systems are known for their durability and longevity, which is also ensured by the hot-poured polyurethane lining of the process bowl.
