Phantomatic X 6 HP
Machining centre with 4 CNC-controlled axes for processing profiles or parts made of aluminium, PVC, non-ferrous metals and steel up to 7.7 m in length.

Operating mode 1: Utilisation of the entire available machining length of up to 7.7 m.
Operating mode 2: In pendulum operation, which divides the machine into two work zones. Here, the machine can be loaded and unloaded alternately on one side while machining takes place on the other. The positioning of the clamps on the X6 HP model is carried out by two additional axes, decoupled from the main operating time. The machine is equipped with an automatic tool changer with 8 slots mounted on the portal of the X axis, able to accommodate 1 angular head and a disc milling cutter for five-sided processing of the workpiece. The 4th CNC axis allows rotation of the milling spindle from 0° to 180° and positioning at any angle in between. The machine is therefore capable of processing the top and sides of the profile at any inclination within the range. Additionally, a movable work table makes loading and unloading easier and considerably increases the workable cross-section.

4-axis milling spindle head

The milling spindle with 7 kW in S1 and high torque also enables heavy-duty machining. The movement of the milling spindle along the A-axis allows rotation from 0° to 180°, enabling processing of the profile on 3 sides without repositioning. Can be used for certain types of pressed steel profiles as well as for aluminium profiles, thanks to the integrated lubrication system. This system can be adjusted via software and its dual tank permits the use of both oil with minimal dispersion and micro-mist with oil emulsion.
