EMAG VLC 100 GT

Offered is a vertical turning and grinding center VLC 100 GT, retrofitted in 2022. The pick-up spindle unit allows workpieces to be fed directly from the side-mounted conveyor belt into the machining area.

Thanks to its modular design, the VLC 100 can be configured for a wide range of applications. The images show, by way of example, a combination of turning tools (block tool holders) and grinding spindles for soft or hard machining (internal, external). Depending on the workpiece or machining technology, these machining modules can be easily adapted.
