- Ball screws on X and Z axes replaced
- New unit for central lubrication and new hoses installed
- Hydraulic unit inspected and serviced. Drive coupling between motor and pump replaced
- Cooling unit inspected and serviced; temperature differential controller replaced
- Clamping cylinder bearings renewed and new seals installed
- Gearbox on A-axis bearings renewed, coupling between motor and gearbox replaced
- Electrical cabinet cleaned
- Operator panel replaced
- New display
- New interior lighting
- Turret disassembled, wear parts inspected, cleaned, and resealed
- Turret encoder and encoder wheel cleaned

- Linear measuring systems on X and Z axes disassembled and cleaned
- Pickup station springs replaced
- X and Z axis motors checked for bearing damage
- Work door windows replaced
- Chip conveyor completely disassembled, new bearings, cleaned and repainted
- Various small parts on the machine were also replaced as a matter of course
