Our universal lathes and stepless speed-controlled lathes from the PREMIUM CU series come equipped with a wide range of features and accessories suitable for customers across various industries.

The PREMIUM CU series allows precise adjustment of cutting speed to the material and turning diameter – especially advantageous for non-ferrous metals, plastics, and achieving perfect surfaces on precision components and fits.

A particularly interesting feature is the R/L control units mounted on the tool slide, enabling easy selection of clockwise or counterclockwise spindle rotation. These replace the switching shafts commonly found on conventional engine lathes.

Efficient handling is ensured by electromechanical spindle brakes for ultra-fast spindle stop. The leadscrews are equipped with overload protection.
