Offered for sale is a used CNC-controlled oxy-fuel cutting machine Jantar 2 from Eckert Cutting Technology. The machine is located at our customer's premises and is fully operational. An inspection can be arranged upon request and appointment. The Jantar is designed for precise shape cutting up to 100mm. Thanks to its dual-side drive, the machine achieves high cut quality, even for small holes.

The system's Windows-based control is managed by the ECK 872 program. Its intuitive menu navigation makes the system ready to cut with just a few actions. The control unit is mounted on the system as a ride-along version.
The ECK 872 CNC control comes equipped with the following features:

The CNC is equipped with FINEST CUT Light 6.38 software (Windows 2000/XP/Vista). It enables construction with CAD and CAM files, use of a parts catalogue/generator, and automatic creation of parts based on thickness/material, including DXF import.
The system/control also features a plasma torch support with HD 3000 arc voltage height control. This ensures absolutely precise guidance of the torch above the material to be cut (vibration tolerance less than 20 µm at the torch shaft). The key advantage lies in the use of the interactive CUTBUS fieldbus system, which allows all piercing, cutting and travel parameters to be adopted directly from the technology data stored in the controller.
Additionally, the ESR-600 system is included. The ESR-600 is fitted with a special rotary head that allows pipe cutting for diameters between 100mm and 315mm. The chuck is designed for pipes with diameters of 120–204mm, and includes a tracking, internal extraction pipe with a collection container.
Also included is the self-cleaning cartridge filter unit PFC-4. The benefits of this automatic filter cleaning system are its optimal cleaning performance, operator-friendliness, and low maintenance requirements. The filter unit uses a BIA M category cartridge filter (separation rate >99%).
The cutting table features sub-table extraction and an internal extraction channel. The slats consist of 100 x 5mm steel inserted at an angle. The table is divided into sections each 500mm wide. This sectioned design ensures optimal pollutant extraction while requiring a relatively low air flow.
