Dianormet SHAMP-3200

The SHAMP-3200 single-head stone polishing machine, an automatic polisher, is a professional device designed for polishing, grinding, and brushing stone surfaces as well as thickness calibration using diamond heads. Its monoblock construction eliminates the need for additional costs such as pouring foundations for the table. Another advantage is the possibility to relocate the machine at any time and the ease of installation. The single-head bridge-type stone polisher is user-friendly and enables fast and effective polishing on most stone surfaces. The carriage is guided by a linear guideway lubricated in oil, ensuring a long service life, high machining accuracy, and advanced control system.
The machine is equipped with PLC control and high-quality components: Xinje touch screen, Zhengtai contactor, Schneider switching power supply, Omron relay, and Omron proximity sensor.

The SHAMP-3200 automatic polisher processes stone with a thickness of 10-120mm. The grinder head accommodates six polishing wagons. Pneumatic pressure with an air demand of 0.6m³. Z-axis travel of 110mm. Limit switches are set manually.
The polisher features a tilting worktable up to 85° (hydraulic lifting), which significantly simplifies stone loading on machines of this type. This allows for easy and quite precise positioning of the stone for grinding.
The machine is fitted with separate inverters for feed speed control on the X and Y axes. Their power is suitably matched, enabling precise feed speed control, which is particularly important for stoneworking machines of this class.
